As a member of the project management team, you will be able to assume leadership of a large-scale project as soon as you start your job, and bring it to completion by monitoring the technical and financial aspects of the project.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership and entrepreneurship and is able to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision. We are looking for someone with the ability to interact with others and to integrate into the team in a spirit of healthy collaboration. We believe that having an approach where each person contributes their talents and skills to raise the level of the group makes us better.

Your role

  • Manage planning and execution of work according to:
    estimates; timelines; agreements.  Forge ties with various professionals
  • The project manager manages, organizes, and controls all aspects of the projects for which he/she is responsible. 
  • He/she ensures projects run smoothly, and coordinates and supervises resources in order to meet set objectives, such as:
    Compliance with the requirements of contractual documents, budgets, monthly project forecasts, workforce distribution, and deadlines
  • He/she manages orders and monitors costs. He/she produces progress estimates and monthly project profitability reports, change notices, etc.
  • He/she attends site meetings. The project manager is also responsible for good communication and client satisfaction.
  • Contribution to the team
  • Perform relevant tasks to help team members in various circumstances including emergency, overflow, or special needs situations
  • Continuous improvement of quality and productivity
  • Communicate suggestions, remarks, and any potential improvements in the field thus actively contributing to the development of the design department

Requirements

  • DCS in building mechanics or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/construction engineering or DVS in plumbing with relevant management experience
  • Valid driver’s license and owns a vehicle
  • ASP Construction Course
