Your role

Under the supervision of the service and maintenance manager, the service coordinator/dispatcher will be primarily responsible for ensuring the effective management of highly technical interventions, while providing quality customer service and responding quickly and appropriately to customer needs.

Main responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls courteously and professionally (bilingualism required);
  • Schedule appointments according to plumbers' priorities and availability;
  • Find the necessary parts for customers, as needed;
    Confirm appointments by phone or email;
  • Verify receipt of required materials before work begins;
    Ensure customer satisfaction with courtesy calls after service calls;
  • Provide clear, complete, and accurate information when scheduling service calls;
  • Follow up on customer purchase orders (POs);
    Collect and track work reports;
  • Plan and rigorously follow up on recurring maintenance.

Requirements

  • Relevant customer service experience;
  • Significant experience in the plumbing industry or a related field;
  • Excellent oral command of French and English;
  • Excellent written command of French;
    Written command of English (a considerable asset);
  • Proficiency in Progression Live software (an asset);
  • Knowledge of Maestro software (an asset).
