Your role
Under the supervision of the Logistics and Procurement Manager, the Procurement Analyst will provide technical and administrative support to the Manager at all stages of the projects. He or she will be involved in managing IT tools, analyzing data and optimizing procurement processes.
Main responsibilities
-Update and maintain the ERP system (prices, description, inventory code) for list prices, bid prices, net prices and discounts;
-Improve ERP system monitoring;
-Participate in the implementation of new technologies;
-Support the estimating database;
-Prepare various reports (consumption, forecasts, etc.);
-Develop work tools for all departments;
-Update existing tools (billing backup, dashboards, etc.);
Follow-up on stock returns, special agreements, with suppliers and internally;
-Request prices and reconcile prices in the Maestro system;
-Generate key performance indicators for the company's various departments;
-Establish an annual routine to cover all products;
-Track logistics from suppliers to job sites.
Requirements
- University degree in operations/logistics management, supply management, business administration, computer science, finance or other relevant training;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Office suite software tools;
- Knowledge of Maestro software (an asset);
- Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset);
- Knowledge of SQL language (an asset).
