Your role
Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Clerk's main responsibilities will be to assist the Warehouse Supervisor in the physical and computerized management of the inventory, as well as to oversee the receipt of materials and their distribution to the various departments, including the warehouse and worksites.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate the receipt of orders in collaboration with the company's buyers;
- Prepare materials required for various ongoing projects;
- Take inventory;
- Follow-up on purchase orders, returns and tools on job sites, to ensure they are in good condition when returned to the warehouse;
- Maintain warehouse equipment, tools and facilities;
- Optimize the layout and organization of warehouse space;
- Prepare product assemblies prior to shipment to job sites;
- Ensure, if necessary, deliveries to job sites;
- All other related tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience;
- Valid driver's license;
- Good physical condition, able to lift loads and stand for long periods.
Required skills
