Your role
Under the supervision of the VP & CFO, the incumbent will actively participate in the analysis of the company's profitability, providing data and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare monthly internal financial statements;
- Analyze monthly financial statements and assess project profitability;
- Report results, explaining variances between actual and budget;
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial year-end with external accountants;
- Participate in financing applications and cash flow monitoring;
- Monthly verification of progress billing, margination, project billing and work-in-progress analysis;
- Ensure collection of customer payments and deductions;
- Ensure proper processing of supplier payments;
- All other related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration with finance option;
- Member of the Ordre des CPA;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of Office software (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
