Your role

Under the supervision of the VP & CFO, the incumbent will actively participate in the analysis of the company's profitability, providing data and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

Main responsibilities

• Prepare monthly internal financial statements;
• Analyze monthly financial statements and assess project profitability;
• Report results, explaining variances between actual and budget;
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial year-end with external accountants;
• Participate in financing applications and cash flow monitoring;
• Monthly verification of progress billing, margination, project billing and work-in-progress analysis;
• Ensure collection of customer payments and deductions;
• Ensure proper processing of supplier payments;
• All other related tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration with finance option;
• Member of the Ordre des CPA;
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position;
• Good knowledge of Office software (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
