A Jenaco team will be working in Vaudreuil-Dorion until June 2026 on the Zenia construction site, a new residence intended for a clientele aged 55 and over.
The efforts of the Jenaco coordination department made it possible to successfully undertake the sleeve-fitting phase for the entire sanitary system (drainage and stormwater).
“The work is progressing normally. However, we will have to pay particular attention when replacing the booster pump to minimize the impact on residents of the adjacent building”
The building under construction shares the same water inlets as the nearby Rivia residence. This residence belonged to the Sélection Group, which was planning to add a phase 2 at that time. The property management company Corev Group has since acquired some of their assets.
The firm also wants to emphasize that the Zenia project is completely different from that previously envisioned by the former owner. It benefits from a new architectural design and a reconfiguration of the interior areas developed by the company YHS Architectes
The 11-story building includes 184 apartments, mostly three- and four-and-a-half-room units, communal areas and a commercial component on the ground floor.
As part of the plumbing and natural gas work, the Jenaco team of pipefitters, led by foreman Mathieu Bourassa, is responsible for installing all the piping and sanitary equipment in addition to making the necessary connections to the existing building.
