Through its expertise and close collaborative approach, Jenaco has acquired a new design-build contract in Saint-Eustache. Recommendations from partners specializing in ventilation and electrical systems convinced the developer to entrust Jenaco with the plumbing, natural gas, and heating components of a new concrete residential building.
A 71-unit residential project in the heart of Old Saint-Eustache.
The building will include 71 rental units and is part of the revitalization of Saint-Louis Street, with the goal of consolidating a hub of services for seniors in the Old Saint-Eustache sector. The project is designed to meet residential needs while contributing to the community's dynamism and vitality.
A collaborative, planning-focused design-build approach.
“Even before construction begins in March, we are already working closely with the developer and the engineer that we have selected to establish the technical parameters and budget and confirm our monitoring process.”
This design-build approach allows all elements of the project to be planned in advance, promoting a comprehensive and structured vision from the outset.
Quality, sustainability, and energy efficiency are at the heart of our approach.
In a competitive rental market, where the best value for money is pursued through sustainability and energy efficiency, this approach allows us to optimize technical choices before arriving on site.
“This approach promotes better coordination amongst all those involved, facilitates the execution of the work, and provides the developer with clear and effective monitoring tools.”
A new strategic contract for Jenaco on the North Shore.
Construction is scheduled to begin in March, with delivery expected in late fall 2027. This is the second contract Jenaco, a company specializing in piping and building mechanics, has secured on the North Shore in just a few weeks.
The work will be carried out under the supervision of Michel Lachance, construction manager, accompanied by project manager Simon Brossard-Gervais, ensuring rigorous execution in accordance with Jenaco's quality standards.
