Jenaco is proud to continue its collaboration with developer Devimco and general contractor Edyfic Construction on a major residential project aimed at responding to the growing demand for rental housing in Sainte-Julie.

Recognized expertise in plumbing and natural gas.

Specializing in building mechanics, specifically piping, Jenaco is responsible for the plumbing and natural gas aspects of the project. Present from the start of the foundation work, the team of pipefitters is installing all the necessary infrastructure, ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety.

The project is coordinated by Michel Lachance, construction manager, supported by project manager Jean-Philippe Lemieux and foreman Olivier Girard, ensuring rigorous management and efficient progress of the work on site.

The relationship built up over the course of projects carried out with Devimco and Edyfic Construction, combined with an in-depth knowledge of each other's working methods, promotes smooth and effective team synergy.

In the lead-up to construction, detailed design work and prefabrication of components contribute to high productivity on the job site. This structured and proactive approach is a recognized trademark of Jenaco in the execution of complex construction projects.

A structural multi-residential project.

The residential tower includes 228 rental units spread over ten floors. They are part of the Destination Sainte-Julie development, a structural project for the region.

Nearly 40 affordable units, meeting CMHC Affordable Housing Fund criteria, will be included in the complex. The project also includes two levels of outdoor and underground parking, landscaping, and an urban chalet on the top floor, offering quality common areas for residents.
