Jenaco is actively involved in the Le Hector multi-residential rental project in Laval, applying its recognized expertise in plumbing, natural gas, and high-performance energy systems for domestic hot water production.
A major multi-residential project to respond to housing demand in Laval.
The seven-story building, developed by Velyon in partnership with the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ, represents an investment of approximately $97 million. The project responds to the high demand for rental housing in a Laval neighborhood that is undergoing urban revitalization.
A collaboration based on trust and the excellence of our partners.
The construction site is supervised by Dinamo, a general contractor with who Jenaco has a long-standing relationship of trust and collaboration.
“We are proud to be working once again with a partner who shares our vision, focused on collaboration and building teams of proactive subcontractors.”
Expertise in building mechanics that focuses on quality and performance.
For Jenaco, a building services engineering company specializing in piping, obtaining this contract following a call for tenders consolidates a partnership that began during a previous project. It also demonstrates the relevance of an approach based on a rigorous balance between quality, performance, and value, a key element in the construction of large-scale real estate complexes.
271 rental units designed for diverse residential needs.
With this project, Jenaco is strengthening its presence in the dynamic residential construction market and making its first significant foray into Laval. The Le Hector complex, which will comprise 271 rental units spread over seven floors, will offer a variety of layouts ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments to meet the needs of different types of households.
Efficient energy systems to reduce environmental footprint.
In addition to plumbing and natural gas work, Jenaco's team of pipefitters will install a mechanical “glycol water” system for domestic hot water production. This solution is in line with the developers' desire to integrate efficient energy systems, contributing to a significant reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
An experienced team and delivery scheduled for spring 2027.
The project is being led at Jenaco by André Beauchesne, construction manager, assisted by project manager Simon Gervais and foreman Jérémy Savignac. Delivery of the first units is scheduled for spring 2027.
