With the Westwalk in Pointe-Claire, led by the company Scalia, Jenaco is once again involved in a project with a strong ecological component.
This real estate complex, consisting of two 12-story residential towers, combines two energy sources—geothermal and aerothermal—both powered in part by water and glycol.
“This gives it added value in terms of energy efficiency.”
The development of four mechanical rooms divided between the basement and upper floors will require close coordination with the other trades. This approach is a natural fit for Jenaco.
“We are used to working collaboratively with others to divide spaces and make everyone’s work easier.”
Among the other features of this plumbing, heating, and air conditioning contract, are the concurrent construction of two 12-story residential towers with two levels of underground parking. On average, some 24 pipefitters will be assigned throughout the duration of this project under the supervision of Benjamin Mercier, project manager, and foremen Ludovic and Lewis.
“We are very pleased with the trust placed in us by Scalia, a partner who shares our values of respect, honesty, and transparency.”
Jenaco's expertise in high-energy performance projects will be essential in the construction of these two buildings, which will offer 362 rental condos and high-end communal areas. Construction began in June 2025 and is expected to be completed in May 2027.
