In addition to thermal expansion issues for high-rise buildings, Jenaco has mastered the entire process of servicing the owners of these prestigious condominium units. The Tour des Canadiens 2 construction project was carried out under the responsibility of the general contractor Reliance Construction that has worked with Jenaco on several projects in the past. It mobilized some twenty of the firm's building mechanics employees until 2019.

Already the recipient of the "Best Architectural Design" award from the National Sales and Marketing Council (NAHB), Tour des Canadiens 2 is distinguished by its slender, angular and pointed form. This glass tower is sculpted by its architecture to "look like an ice cube".
