Right from the start of the prestigious Lumicité sur les écluses real estate project, Jenaco has demonstrated its expertise in piping, plumbing, and natural gas.
After discovering some irregularities between the civil and plumbing aspects, the Jenaco coordination team proposed relevant solutions to the client.

Six Jenaco plumbers have been assigned to do the plumbing work for this first phase of the project, which includes 50 condominium-style rental units. The first steps involve sleeving and securing the piping for the garage and common areas. Next, the plumbers will install the drainage for each of the building's six floors. They will also install all the plumbing equipment required in each unit and set up the mechanical room. This first phase of the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
Located on the banks of the Chambly Canal in front of Lock 7, this high-end residential project includes five buildings for a total of 206 condos. The first phase is the rental units, and the second phase will include two new buildings with 39 units for sale. The work is being managed by Le Groupe Lumicité.
