Jenaco has embarked on its first project in Gatineau, with the plumbing and natural gas installation for a 100-unit building. The Liv Tower project, spearheaded by Groupe Julmat, encompasses eight floors and two basements. The work began earlier this year and will continue until February 2026.

We are honoured by the recognition shown by this new client following our presentation.
said Philippe Poitras, vice-president and general manager.

“Our approach of providing a clear overview and presenting a comprehensive, unambiguous proposal helps us to quickly establish trust.”

After the sleeving and piping assembly work in the basements, construction will start in May. The Jenaco team will continue its work on each floor, in addition to installing the booster pump. It will also have to equip the mechanical room with hot water.

Due to labour shortages in many areas, recruiting local professionals has become increasingly challenging.

We depend on individuals who are dedicated to their work. Our employees' commitment to this project was spontaneous, demonstrating their rigor and determination. This is another reason we are proud.
states Philippe Poitras.

Mr. Poitras also highlighted the impact of the collaborative approach developed by Jenaco over the past 30 years. “Our approach of always being in solution mode, of taking charge without losing sight of the realities of each stakeholder, allows us to build relationships and carry out projects efficiently,” he said. This is undoubtedly one of the reasons why professional firms and clients recommend Jenaco for piping, plumbing, heating, and natural gas work.
