This 42-story residential tower has 396 luxury 1-, 2-, or 3-bedroom condominium units and penthouses. The prime contractor for this major project is QMD-Ménard Consortium.
“This was the first time we'd had the opportunity to work with this consortium, which stands out for its culture of innovation and its desire to carry out signature projects for Montreal,” says Jean Turgeon, Jenaco's founding president.
The architectural design of the Solstice real estate project was a source of inspiration, and certain phases of the work were highly innovative. “Our team members found it very stimulating to work in this context,” he said.
A team of 25 employees were assigned to work on this project in July 2020. The plumbing and mixed water contract ended in fall of 2022.
