The project by Axxys, a company specializing in the construction of high-quality multi-residential and commercial buildings, relies on the contribution of recognized resources in their respective fields. In addition to Jenaco, with its plumbing and natural gas mandate, architectural firm Neuf Architectes, mechanical engineering firm Desjardins experts-conseils and structural engineering firm Elema are contributing to the project.

The Royalton project comprises a four-storey building and townhouses for a total of 95 units. A team of ten Jenaco pipefitters is currently at work. Delivery of the project is scheduled for October 2024.
