Jenaco is responsible for the plumbing work for phases 2 and 3 of the real estate project Les Loges, located near the Assomption metro station in Montréal. This striking complex is designed by ACDF Architecture. It will ultimately include 308 condominium units, including 207 in the final two phases.
On-site work began following a period of meticulous coordination, led by Michel Lachance, construction manager
“Our team of pipefitters is very skilled in carrying out a project of this size.”
As foreman, Jeremy Turgeon will manage the onsite work, including the installation of piping and sanitary equipment.
One of the key features of this project is the construction of a temporary exterior wall between each new part of the building joining them to each other. The wall will subsequently be demolished once the phase is completed
The Jenaco team is using its expertise to offer reliable and sustainable solutions, supporting the objectives of the developer Vivenda: to provide comfortable, safe spaces that are well integrated into their environment. With this complex, the latter aims to create a meeting point in the area and contribute to the vitality of this urban neighborhood where homes, work areas, and local businesses blend together.
This project is the first collaboration between Jenaco and Vivenda and is testament to a shared desire to build high-quality living environments.
