" We are particularly proud to have been awarded phase 2 of this major project. This was a great mark of recognition for us and for the work accomplished by all the members of our team," says Jenaco spokesperson Jean Turgeon.
This type of project is always a great source of motivation for the company, which specializes in building mechanics. Aware of the particular challenges inherent in this type of mandate, particularly in regard to thermal expansion issues specific to high-rise buildings, team members stepped up their planning and logistical efforts.
The experience they gained in Phase 1, and the knowledge they acquired on several projects of comparable complexity, contribute greatly to the continuous improvement of the firm's processes, which they make a point of honoring. Already recognized for its thoroughness, Jenaco, which specializes in building mechanics, plays an active role in the success of these plumbing, gas and mixed water mandates.
“This was a great mark of recognition for us and for the work accomplished by all the members of our team.”
The Rocabella 2 real estate complex, an MC Finance project, is located on René-Lévesque Blvd. West, between de la Montagne and Drummond streets, a few blocks from the Bell Center. The construction project was under the supervision of Magil Construction, and had begun in September 2016. It required the contribution of a team of a dozen Jenaco employees throughout the project, which was completed in March 2018.
