About the project
Jenaco's was recently awarded a second plumbing and natural gas contract for the Solar Uniquartier megaproject in Brossard. This time it is for one of the Oria buildings: a 14-story, high-rise residential building with 158 condominium units (studio, one to three bedrooms, and penthouse units).

“It’s very exciting to participate in these types of innovative projects. With this new contract were consolidate our relationship with Edyfic Construction, the general contractor that had supervising the work,” said Jean Turgeon, founder and president of Jenaco.
The building mechanics company specializing in piping is already involved in the construction of another 14-story building (RL-3) in this green megaproject, located northeast of Highways 10 and 30 in Brossard.
This major complex includes residential, commercial, office, and green spaces covering an area of over 6,000,000 sq. ft. It stands out for its Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) approach that focuses on the proximity of the REM light rail transit (LRT) station.).

The plumbing and natural gas contract for the 14-story building was began in the spring of 2021 and ended in the summer of 2022. A team of 15 employees was assigned to this work.
