This original building comprises 75 social and affordable housing units. It is part of the first phase of the revitalization of the Val-Martin sector of Laval's Chomedey district. The OMHL's aim is to promote a dynamic neighborhood life on a human scale and encourage interaction.
“We're delighted to be contributing our expertise in plumbing and natural gas to a housing project that will improve the well-being of the Laval community,” says Jean Turgeon, founding president of the building mechanic’s company. “This project allows us to collaborate once again with general contractor Groupe Geyser.”
Construction of this eco-responsible building will last until spring 2024. A team of six Jenaco pipefitters is already at work to carry out the plumbing and gas mandate.”
