About the project

The project to transform the chic Mount Stephen private club into a hotel was launched in the summer of 2013. The $25 million project was awarded the Canadian Architect's Citation of Excellence in Architecture for originality of design. Following a call for tenders, Jenaco has won the mandate for all plumbing, natural gas and mixed water systems for this prestigious hotel.

This 90-room, 11-storey hotel project also includes five floors of parking. The mandate awarded to the Saint-Hubert company had monopolized the energy of a team of at least ten people for 24 months.

We are very proud to have contributed to the transformation of this building, recognized as a jewel of 19th-century architecture.
