“It’s very exciting to be able to contribute to innovative sustainable development projects. Our expertise in LEED certification and our internal processes are major assets for this type of project,” said Jean Turgeon, founder, and president of Jenaco.

City Midtown is the result of a concept developed over several years by visionary architects - including NEUF Architectes - engineers and developers to create a modern, pedestrian-friendly community. Located between the Saint-Laurent borough to the north and the new Royalmount ™ district to the south, this 5.2-hectare neighborhood is made up of mixed-use, mid-rise buildings.

The LEED ND-certified neighborhood concept, championed by Toronto-based developer Urban Capital, is designed with the well-being of its residents in mind. It includes pedestrian streets, public spaces, and numerous housing choices to promote diversity and intergenerational interaction.

“This was our first collaboration with this Toronto-based developer. We're delighted to have been able to demonstrate the positive impact of our collaborative approach and expertise,” said Jenaco's founder and president.
