In its entirely, the Market project comprises, on the one side, two buildings housing around 220 luxurious condominiums with exceptional fenestration and bold architecture on some ten storeys, and on the other side, a three-building block with 400 rental units.
Jenaco was awarded the plumbing and natural gas contract for phase one of this major project, which was also handled by general contractor EMB. “We're delighted with the confidence shown in us once again by Pur Immobilia, with whom we completed the magnificent Lum Pur Fleuve project. It's also an opportunity to forge relationships with another reputable construction firm in EMD Construction,” says Jean Turgeon, founding president of Jenaco, renowned for its expertise in large-scale real estate projects.
This first major project in Laval includes 138 apartments and rental units. Jenaco's mandate ended in autumn 2020. A team of eight people worked actively on the project. “This new mandate allowed us to make a major foray into a new territory, consolidate our ties with Pur Immobilia and make ourselves known to another major general contractor. It's been very promising for us.”
