This first alliance with Groupe Magma is a very special one for the Hubertaine firm. Drawing on its experience in building luxury real estate complexes, Jenaco submitted a “mechanical assistance design” proposal that was approved by the M Montréal-Est project's engineering team.

M Montréal-Est is a unique waterfront project, both in terms of its location and services, and in terms of its architectural design, which features a building with a central gas-fired water heating system.
The mandate awarded to Jenaco, which specializes in plumbing, gas, mechanical equipment and heating, had begun in September 2017. It monopolized a team of eight people for a year.
