“We're particularly pleased to be establishing new relationships with partners of this caliber,” says Jean Turgeon, founding president of Hubertaine, a firm specializing in building mechanics. Emphasizing that this is a fine mark of recognition for his company, which has a solid track record in high-rise buildings, Jean Turgeon insists on the importance of pursuing their continuous improvement approach.
“All team members are stimulated by each new project obtained, because each one, regardless of the nature of the mandate entrusted, brings its own set of specificities and challenges requiring our highest attention and rigor.”
A team of eight to ten employees was assigned to this project, the first phase of which, comprising a 15-storey tower with 115 rental units, is scheduled for completion in July 2019. Two further phases comprising condominium units will complete this riverside real estate project, valued at over $100 million.

The professionalism and rigor demonstrated in the construction of numerous residential complexes have earned Jenaco, a master pipe mechanic, regular invitations to tender for private-sector projects.
