“We're very pleased to have been able to participate in the realization of this project, which meets the need for affordable housing in Montreal. I'm convinced that our know-how and collaborative approach were greatly appreciated by the developer and the general contractor,” says Jenaco's founding president, Jean Turgeon.
Under the aegis of Hapopex (Les Habitations populaires de Parc Extension), this project, scheduled for spring 2021, includes 95 housing units of 3 ½, 4 ½ and 5 ½ rooms. The construction of this new building will be supervised by the Consortium M.R. Canada Ltd. This is the first collaboration between this general contractor and Jenaco.
