It's a Reliance Construction achievement, with whom Jenaco has completed a good number of projects since 2010, including phase 1 of Gallery sur le Canal, which set the tone for the Griffintown neighborhood.

"We've completed a dozen projects with Reliance Construction over the past seven years. This demonstrates the depth of our relationship, based on respect and trust. We're building a Reliance-Jenaco signature of excellence,” says Jenaco founder Jean Turgeon.

“It's very exciting to be involved in the biggest phase of this real estate project, which has become a benchmark in Montreal,” he adds. The Hubertaine company enjoys a solid reputation in the construction of high-rise buildings and the technical challenges that go with them.

Located between the Lachine Canal, Notre-Dame Street West, Old Montreal and the Atwater Market, the Gallery sur le Canal complex is the result of a design by Geiger Geiger Huot Architectes. The combination of post-industrial and modern styles blends perfectly with the surrounding historic sites. The project was completed by two further towers, 14 and 9 storeys high, in later phases.

Work on the Gallery sur le Canal 2 for the Saint-Hubert-based firm specializing in building mechanics (plumbing, gas, heating) had begun in December 2017. This mandate required the services of a dozen employees until July 2019.
