"It is with great pride that we have undertaken this new mandate, which joins all the other buildings built in this sector. It confirms the quality and reliability of our services in building mechanics over time, and nurtures our close collaboration with the promoter," says Jenaco's founding president, Jean Turgeon. "The contract also marks our first major collaboration with general contractor Pomerleau," he adds.

The latter act as prime contractor for this project, which began in March 2023 and be completed by the end of 2024. Among the other professional firms involved in the realization of this large-scale project are Jean-Pierre Bart (architect), Desjardins Expert-Conseil (engineers) and TST Energy Systems Inc (LEED certification). Jenaco deployed a team of fifteen pipefitters.

It should be noted that the building mechanics company has been involved in the construction of most of the buildings in this vast real estate project in one of the rare North American neighborhoods to have been certified LEED ND Gold with the objective of providing a quality living environment for residents.
