Jenaco's plumbing expertise is being utilized in the renovation of the Willis Building, originally constructed in Montréal in 1910. This conversion project, which maintains the building's architectural integrity, encompasses:
- the modernization of the commercial spaces on the ground floor and the mezzanine
- the development between the 2nd and 8th floors of some 42 dwellings and a “tourist residence”
This project, which begins in August, is part of the vast revitalization project of the emblematic Sainte-Catherine Street undertaken several years ago.
“This is the third mandate of this type for our team. A project of this nature requires careful attention to detail, especially when considering the specific characteristics of the existing structure.”
As always, Jenaco pays particular attention to the upstream coordination stage to ensure smooth operations for the pipefitting team. Simon Gervais is taking on the role of project manager for this job, which is scheduled for delivery in April 2026.
Dinamo Construction was selected as the contractor for this transformation project, marking Jenaco’s first partnership with the firm.
“Collaborating with a contractor who shares our commitment to precision is highly valued. This project highlights how unified teamwork contributes significantly to the success of a construction endeavour.”
