About the project
Jenaco's services were retained for the Bassins du Havre - Quai 3 project, located on the banks of the Lachine Canal. In January 2018, a team of around ten people was involved in this plumbing, natural gas and mixed water mandate, which includes a heating and cooling network with a water tower.

Quai 3 Signatures des Bassins du Havre is a prestigious complex of 70 exclusive condos ranging in size from 900 to 1,900 square feet, with townhouses on the ground and third floors.
This was Jenaco's first opportunity to participate in a project put forward by promoters Rachel-Julien and Prével, renowned for having created over 11,000 housing units in the Greater Montreal area.

With this mandate, the Saint-Hubert-based company is now working on its 5th project in the Griffintown district.
