About the project

Jenaco's expertise in high-rise buildings was put to good use in the construction of the National Bank's head office. This 40-storey building is the largest office tower built in downtown Montreal in 25 years. “We are especially proud to had participate of this major National Bank project, managed by the general contractor Broccolini with whom we have worked in the past. The scale of this office tower poses a constant challenge for all the partners involved,” said Jean Turgeon, founder, and president of Jenaco.

A proponent of the collaborative approach in the construction industry, Jean Turgeon insists on the importance of such an approach in this type of project. “The scale of this National Bank head office project, which includes the high standards of LEED v4 Gold and WELL certification, places enormous demands on all facets of the work.”

The collaborative mode encourages communication, transparency, mutual aid, and knowledge sharing between stakeholders to achieve the goal sought.

The collaborative mode encourages communication, transparency, mutual aid, and knowledge sharing between stakeholders to achieve the goal sought total client satisfaction and a sense of duty accomplished for all the stakeholders. In a context where the most recent building of its kind (26 floors) was built five years ago, it was important to pool resources.

The plumbing work has ended in July 2023. A team of about twenty people were assigned to the contract during the construction.
