About the project

The Saint-Amable Seniors' House, located on Parchemin Street, near Le Rocher school, are now able to accommodate 72 people divided into six units of 12 places each. The design of the building is part of the vast process of transforming residential and long-term care environments in order to offer a more humane and secure environment.
“This type of project is very motivating for the members of our team. They are aware that they are helping to transform the living environment of our seniors,” underlines the CEO of the building mechanics firm, specializing in piping.

The Saint-Hubert-based company relied on a team of a dozen employees to complete the project, which was delivered in summer 2022.
