Building managers frequently encounter challenges when it comes to undertaking maintenance work on occupied buildings. For instance, they must determine how to execute necessary repairs with minimal inconvenience to the building’s occupants.
This is the type of challenge that the Jenaco service team regularly encounters. Recently, they were tasked with replacing the tanks and all the piping in a hot water mechanical room with stainless steel and copper piping. Despite the scope of the work, they were able to complete it in less time than normal.
This speed of execution was greatly helped by the upstream work and the synergy between the plumbers and the technical supervisor. There was another beneficial effect. “The plumbers gave 110% in carrying out this mandate in order to minimize the time residents were without hot water. The people living in this condominium complex were very grateful for their efforts,” said Nathalie Gordon, project manager.
“The plumbers gave 110% in carrying out this mandate in order to minimize the time residents were without hot water.”
The firm that manages this sixty-unit, six-story building in the West Island was equally satisfied with the operation. The approach used clearly demonstrates the passion that drives the members of the Jenaco team, who are all committed to delivering effective solutions without losing sight of the comfort of the people who live in these communities.
