The Villeray branch of the Centre médical Mieux-Être (CMME) is set to benefit from the expertise and versatility of the Jenaco service team, whose skills are being deployed across two complementary aspects of the initiative.

“For all the common areas, we are involved at the base building level, taking on an advisory role for planning the plumbing, drainage, heating, and domestic water work.”
The second segment focuses on the development of private consultation offices, intended for family medicine and a range of specialized services including pediatrics, ultrasound, nursing care, and social support.
The members of the Jenaco service team will ensure the complete installation of the piping and various components required for chilled water, drainage, water heating, connections, and plumbing equipment, in conformance with the plans and specifications.

The work, which spans two floors, presents unique challenges related to building mechanics and is being undertaken under the supervision of Medifice, a firm recognized for its expertise in the institutional healthcare sector. Jenaco maintains an ongoing collaborative relationship with Medifice, particularly in the construction of seniors’ homes and CHSLDs.
This project serves as another example of Jenaco’s ability to combine technical expertise, effective collaboration, and a commitment to quality, to ensure enduring success.
