“This is our first collaboration with this municipality and the general contractor Construction Jacques Théorêt,” stated Jean Turgeon, founder and president of the building mechanics company, specializing in piping. “We were be able to demonstrate our skills in compressed air networks, a less well-known niche in building mechanics, which requires just as much attention to detail as other fields of expertise.”

This project for the municipality of Saint-Stanislas-de-Kostka is a two-levels building, integrated into a multifunctional public square. The side facade serves as an exhibition space to promote the municipality's culture and history.

The garage

This major project for a community of nearly 2,000 inhabitants benefited from the contribution of professional firms in architecture (mdtp atelier d'architecture) and mechanical and structural engineering (Services EXP inc.). Work on the project is scheduled to continue until spring 2024. They were supervised by general contractor Construction Jacques Théorêt.

The side facade serves as an exhibition space to promote the municipality's culture and history.

A team of three pipefitters was assigned to this project, specializing in plumbing (water and drainage) and the compressed air network.
