Located in LaSalle, this library, with its unique architectural signature, had benefit from an investment of nearly $45 million from the Ministère de la Culture et des Communications, the City of Montreal, and the Borough of LaSalle. The work on the renovation and expansion officially started in early May 2023, and it was supervised by the firm Decarel, known for its construction and project management.

“We were happy to be working once again with the general contractor Decarel. We be able to use our collaborative approach, which is more relevant than ever in this type of project that combines modernization and expansion,” said Jean Turgeon, founder and president of Jenaco. “This is the type of job that brings its own set of exciting challenges for our team members.”
