A 2025 holiday party marked by recognition and family spirit.
Jenaco's annual holiday party made a big impression on everyone who attended. From the moment guests arrived, enthusiastic reactions abounded: a majestic venue, spectacular scenery, a delicious meal, and an evening hosted by a group of musicians in particularly good form.

Every year, it’s a big challenge to reinvent this event, but once again, the organizing committee has raised the bar brilliantly.
Highlighting an exceptional year and expressing gratitude to the teams
In his welcome speech, Philippe Poitras highlighted the exceptional work accomplished during the year: projects delivered, mandates in progress, and new initiatives launched in 2025.
“For all of these achievements, we must thank everyone for their contribution, both in the office and on the job sites. Each and every one of you is part of the Jenaco ecosystem, made up of skilled individuals who are fully committed to the success of our projects.”
This message reflects management's desire to provide significant opportunities for people to come together, demonstrating its appreciation and strengthening the sense of appartenance to the organization.
Lights on our colleagues' long-term commitment
The evening also highlighted the long-term commitment of many colleagues. The recognition ceremony honored no fewer than 18 employees with 10, 15, and 20 years at Jenaco—one of the largest cohorts to date. In the past, some members have even reached 25 and 30 years of service.
This special moment allows us to recognize the role of everyone, to reflect on the human and professional qualities that make Jenaco so strong, and to demonstrate the remarkable stability of our workforce. It is a wonderful tribute to the company's ability to preserve its human values despite its continued growth.
