Jenaco Announces the Acquisition of a Strategic Location for Its Future Headquarters
A promising project to support growth
For Jean Turgeon, Jenaco’s founder and president, this acquisition marks a key milestone in the company's evolution.
He stated, "We are equipping ourselves to facilitate growth, enhance our infrastructure, and proactively plan for the future with foresight and flexibility."
This new site will enable Jenaco to consolidate its operations and adapt its facilities to changing operational and organizational needs.
An environment designed for teamwork
The future headquarters will offer a modernized, brighter work environment better suited to the needs of the administrative and operational teams. Office space will be expanded and storage and operational areas optimized, which will help improve teamwork and efficiency on a daily basis.
“This project will enable us to create spaces that are better aligned with our way of working and with the current and future needs of our teams,” explained Philippe Poitras, executive vice-president.
A strategic and highly visible location
The new location is located near Jenaco’s current site in Saint-Hubert, and is highly visible from Highway 30. This strategic location not only boosts the company’s visibility but also offers development potential for the coming years.
A forward-looking project
The renovation work is starting soon. It will be carried out in several phases under the supervision of the general contractor Prio, and completed through a partnership between Innoval and Jenaco. This project reflects the company's desire to make its future headquarters a model of performance, sustainability, and expertise in building mechanics.
More information will be released as the project progresses.
